Product creation

We'll study your needs, develop your unique language, and how to take it forward to convert concept to creation. We will work with your concept or design/tech pack & ensure viability of turning the concept to a physical product with no hiccups. We are the bridge between your idea & vendor's capability.

Sourcing prework & sampling

Will work with tier 1 & tier 2 vendors for initial prices, weigh production capacity & capability, Lead Time as well as logistics.Once prices are confirmed, we will go ahead with proto sample followed by adjustment needed if any with available but similar materials.

Commercialization

Here all the pieces of puzzle comes together. Sample approval with actual material, specs are final, PP size sets approved & sign off by all stakeholders for "go to" production. There are multiple tol-gate checks at this stage to ensure a flawless journey till end.

Manufacturing, QA & Shipping

Incoming raw materials are inspected. Cut to pack plan re-validated. TOP samples are checked. Daily follow up with vendors & inline QC carried out.Final inspection of packed goods are carried out at AQL 2,5. All documentations are thoroughly checked & goods handed over to forwarder/shipping line.

Shirts : Y/D, Solid & Printed in Various Fabrics for Men, Boys and Ladies
FLAT KNIT: We have strong understanding to produce Basic to Fashion for Men, Women in variety of yarns, Gauges and factory has advanced 50 Fully Automatic Stoll Knitting Machines and many flat knitting machines.
